MEALS

Before every game our players have a team meal together after school. Our boys eat A LOT and are fed very well. It takes a village to feed them. Our team meals are sponsored by parent donations, business donations, family members, local businesses, etc.

At the start of every season we collect monetary donations from all of our families as well as secure business donations, family sponsored meals, etc.

Basic Meal Info:

Each meal consists of a main dish (NO PIZZA) and most of the following- 1-2 sides, bread/roll, fruit, pickles, salad, desserts, drinks and all the paper products.

Some weeks, we send out a Signup for items that were not covered in the meal.

We also need to replenish our paper products. Most of our items come from Sam’s club. For anyone that can donate those items, please see the links at the very bottom of the page.

We feed 85-90 hungry football players, trainers, and coaches before each game.

Most meals run around $500 give or take depending on what the meal is.

Some favorites are Chick-Fil-A, Formaggios, Mission BBQ, Beef O’ Brady’s. 

This year, I have secured our favorite caterer Ashanti Belcher with Belcher’s Bites to make the meals for the weeks we do not have a sponsored meal. Her meals are covered by monetary donations from family and businesses. 

However, if you own a business or your family or a family member (Grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc)  would like to sponsor a meal, it is very appreciated! You can even partner up with other families and businesses as well.

Two options: You can take care of the meal completely on your own by ordering, purchasing and arranging for the food to be brought to meal.

The other option is we can take care of all the details and arrangements  but you cover the cost of the meal.

If you’re up for calling local businesses and asking for donations that is always a big help too!

Number of Meals Needed:

Varsity will have 11 games plus playoffs.

JV will have 6 games.
